What size is a 4 panel bifold door?
They're made to measure to fit your opening, available in heights up to 2200mm, 2400mm and 2600mm. With each of the four panels up to 1200mm wide, a 4 panel set spans up to around 4.8m in total width, configured precisely to your space.
How do 4 panel bifold doors open?
Four panels give you the most configuration flexibility. They can fold and stack all to one side, or split evenly (two panels folding each way) to open from the centre. Layouts including a single access door are also available, so you can use one panel day to day or fold the whole set back to fully open your space.
Which is better, uPVC or aluminium bifold doors?
Aluminium is generally the stronger choice for bifolds. It carries larger panes with much slimmer 107mm sightlines, spans wider openings, resists warping and lasts longer, giving a more premium finish. uPVC is usually cheaper upfront but uses bulkier frames and isn't as strong, so aluminium is preferred where light, span and longevity matter.

Yes. Our bifold doors are independently rated for UK weather, achieving Class 4 for air permeability, Class 9A for water tightness and Class A3 for wind load resistance — so they stay draught-free, watertight and stable even in exposed conditions.
